The Team Science Approaches Integrating Experimental and Computational Brain Aging Models (R21/R33 Clinical Trial Not Allowed) funding from the National Institutes of Health invites interdisciplinary teams with both experimental and computational researchers working on brain aging and Alzheimer’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease-related dementias. Through this award, investigators will develop a sustainable interdisciplinary collaboration across experimental and computational laboratories to support projects that address key research questions in brain aging and AD/ADRD. Applications are open to researchers at research institutions in the USA and worldwide. Applications are also open to small businesses.
Applicants may apply for up to 275,000 USD in direct costs for the first 2 years of the project. For the remaining three years of the project, applicants may apply for up to 500,000 USD per year.
