The Young Hearts Early Career Investigator Award from the American Heart Association (AHA)’s Council on Lifelong Congenital Heart Disease and Heart Health in the Young recognizes the council’s early career investigator members performing high-quality research in the field of pediatric cardiovascular disease. Applicant must be active in research and within 10 years of completion of terminal degree or highest certificate. Graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, instructors, and research associates are welcome to apply. All applicants must be members of the Council on Lifelong Congenital Heart Disease and Heart Health in the Young . Applicants must submit an abstract for AHA’s Scientific Sessions 2023.
The winner will receive a $500 honorarium, plus an additional $500 to support conference attendance, and a complimentary council dinner ticket, plus recognition at the council dinner.
